OVERALL LEARNING
I would say that among all the chapters of this module, this chapter is the one which really helped me a lot as an individual and for improvement of oneself. This unit taught me on how can I handle my emotions in a right manner even in the worse time. I remember when I was still immature, my emotions really affect me that much to the point that I lost something that really matters to me. When I was in high school my friend and I had a misunderstanding and my emotions consumed me in an extent that I spit mean things to my friend.
As a result, we never talk again after that incident and I regret that much because she is one of my precious friends and I lost here because I let myself be devoured by my emotions. All in all, after this chapter even if you are mad, you can still be productive if and only if you regulate your emotions carefully and allocate your feelings properly.
